About Anja Bog

I always wanted to be a doctor, but got "side-tracked" studying computer science. Since completing my studies I have pursued a path in my work where I can combine my passion for creating a world where we can all live healthier longer with utilizing and honing the skills in technology that I've picked up along the way.I completed my Ph.D. in IT Systems Engineering at the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam, Germany. In my research work, I focused on database design optimizations for the emerging business workloads that cannot be classified into the traditional transactional or analytical categories anymore.
