Always dreamt to be the part of aviation industry passion for aviation have made me more curious to know in depth information about this industry and always keened in discovering how and where of it. I am aviation student at Punjab State Aeronautical Engineering College, Patiala, As a aviation management student , I have acquired knowledge in HRM (human resource management) , accounting\finance, project management, marketing and airport management including different department at airport. Throughout my college journey worked upon interpersonal skills where I participated in debates and been part of different group discussions, developed this art of being able to communicate with anyone at any given time. As a business management student given presentations which helped me boosting self confidence and worked upon presentation skills. In the past two years of graduation, 1. Worked as internee in two different organization . In my first internship I volunteered myself as internee in a NGO name AASHMAAN FOUNDATION where as internee(Brand Ambassador) and promoted as an Assistant supervisor and had experience of working in various departments like recruiting and interviewing department , payroll processing department and worked as MIS . Led team of 20 individuals and represented organization in front of 50 individuals. 2. As part of aviation management student get enrolled in ZIEGLER AEROSPACE as Business Associate , where worked under the mentorship of Ms. Aparna Sarker and performed task like recruitment , interviewing. Under this organization got industrial exposure and learnt how MROs works .3. Worked as project intern in UDAAN AVIATION ACADEMY and gained indepth operational knowledge about airports and airlines
