- Ticketing Executive- Issuing flight tickets of USA and Canada region and maintaining all the charges like refunds,cancellations and any other changes to be made in tickets.-,Doing quality check of Agents voice call- Auditing data of calls and charges.Key Responsibilities:- Worked on Vendor cases to solve the duplicate profile, also work with WFA (Workforce Administration) team.- Creating Employee Record.- Looking for different types of SR (Service Request) like employee relation, job code change, standardworking hours change and other request, this is for the employee details changes for future record.Also, worked on reviewing recruitment details, search candidate to check the Induction timestamp and attendancefor the record create.- Knowledge for how to send the data to the IT team or UAM team.Key Responsibilities:- Working on Lotus which is a software where we receive mails from candidates and referrals who want to apply tothe firm.- Also working on Taleo which is also a software where we have to update all the records and details of thecandidates who apply to the firm.- Inform referrals about the Referral Bonus.- In short, we are taking care of the employee's details from joining to leaving the firm.
