I provide product support and customer experience, ensuring that the users can effectively and efficiently use the features and functionalities of the EHR system. I have a BCA degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, and I am also a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) issued by Scrum Alliance. I have more than five years of experience as a customer service representative in multiple MNCs, where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. I have also gained extensive knowledge and skills in the healthcare industry and product development, working as a Product Specialist at IHCS Technologies India Private Limited for three years before joining Qualifacts in May 2023. I am passionate about delivering quality products and services that meet the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders.
