Working in a fast-paced, mission-driven office, and reporting directly to a senior-level Administrator, provided administrative and strategic support for chaplains across thirty different traditions. Managed the office space, worked with vendors, processed invoices, and managed office budget. Managed calendars and coordinated logistics such as meeting space, catering, and agenda for all of the team's meetings, trainings, and events. Facilitated the office's DEI initiatives, including both internal trainings and public-facing events. Liaised between our office and other partners at all levels of the university, developing strong working relationships. Conducted research and wrote organizational reports. Managed office website, email, YouTube channel, and monthly newsletter.

Working at a facility that supported more than eighty language and humanities courses, served as the center's media specialist in charge of uploading and encoding media as well as managing the Center's website and room booking software.

Interviewed, hired, trained, and supervised the summer staff at the Language Resource Center at Harvard University.

Working closely with professors and researchers at the MIT Game Lab, hosted workshops for global companies such as EA DICE and King, performed qualitative research that included in-depth interviews, gave lectures for undergraduate courses, and other duties as assigned.
