Bullfrog Power, Canada's leading green energy provider, offers homes and businesses clean, renewable energy solutions. At Bullfrog, I worked with internal departments to drive new customer on-boarding and improve customer experience. I also helped to develop, lead, and execute various marketing initiatives and manage promotional activities for Residential Sales. This involved assisting in the development of communications and marketing items, including managing relationships with vendors and coordinating the approval, printing and production process. In addition, I managed the relationship with Bullfrog's fulfillment house and oversaw distribution, fulfillment, and inventory of marketing collateral. I successfully project managed several projects, such as the development and launch of a new residential welcome kit for customers.
