Created roadmap, and delivered upon themes/initiatives, epics and user stories for multiple hybrid onshore/offshore team in developing each feature area

-Product Manager for Syndromic Surveillance: Designed and implemented clinical analytics solution for Meaningful Use 2 Syndromic Surveillance, used with both Enterprise and Professional ambulatory EMR products. Worked with both onshore, offshore, operational and clinical staff to develop and certify solution for MU2 needs. -Product owner for the Allscripts Reporting Portal: Worked across EMR, Practice Management, and data warehouse teams to redesign Allscripts Reporting Portal, the web based application for data analytics and Meaningful Use Stage 1, Stage 2, and Clinical Quality Measures Reporting and clinical decision support functionality. -Product Owner for revenue cycle data warehouse supporting 200 million claims and remits annually, used for both internal reporting, and external data analytics purposes.

-Developed functional requirements and pseudo code for 3000 edits for over 2000 national payers,including Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance. -Developed functional and technical requirements to implement CMS-1500 new paper claim form, including specifications for external vendor, internal testing requirements, and coordination of rollout effort for all paper payers. -Lead requirements effort for National Provider Identifier (NPI), including system re-architecture, edit analysis and implementation for both Austin and Richmond systems. Conducted full payer analysis and created implementation plan for the NPI process. As respective NPI deadline approached, moved payers from existing edits to NPI dual edits or NPI only edits.

-Implemented a new mission critical HIPAA compliant EDI system in seven months supporting over3,000 unique trading partners submitting an average of 1M transactions per month for the third largest Medicaid provider in the U.S. Met December 31st, 2003 go live date and continued in production support role. -Created and developed the maps for HIPAA compliant transactions, allowing trading partners to submit transactions to Medicaid.
