• Incumbent is responsible for partnering with project sites related HR& Admin activities daily.• Assist Head HR in executing training and development plans.• Day to day HR responsibilities from hire to retire process.• Assist in expat management and onboarding of international employees• Partner with line managers, be a trusted support in all HR related processes and personnel• issues:o Recruitment of new employees and ensuring good recruitment processes, including psychometrical tests, reference checks, recommendations, contract management and on-boardingo Assist in Performance management process and salary review processo Assist in Position evaluations using Hay Group methodologyo Assist in Developing and implement plans for competence development and trainingo Support in Organization development initiativeso Understands people needs and issues and handle queries spontaneouslyo Handle SAP HRMS and Prepare monthly MIS reports for employee database and HR index tracking reviewso Prepare & process monthly payroll processo Administer time recording and leave management system

-Expertise in policy implementation and administration of HR activities like recruitment and selection, manpower planning, campus hiring plan, induction, organizing training and development programs. -Skills in managing teams to work in sync with the corporate objectives & motivating them for achieving business and individual goals.-Manage day to day activities for the Talent Engagement team, including prioritizing work assignments and serving as an escalation point for critical issues, contacts, and requests. -Coordination of employee diagnostics (engagement surveys, team assessments, exit interviews) analysis and action planning. -Provide guidance and support around organizational design, talent management, change management and employee engagement- Formulation and Implementation of HR Policies based on business requirements.- Employee counseling and Grievance handling. - Disciplinary and Performance Action Procedures.- Recruitment, Staffing, Induction of new staff for the vertical.- Management of confidential personnel data and reports. Periodic audits for various related documents.-Expertise in managing people in global and culturally diverse environment.-Employee Communication and Relation Policies for effective employee motivation retention.

• Conducting Induction & Orientation of new recruits.• Grievance handling, resolving employee queries related to HR policies & daily routine activities.• Maintaining relation with Employee & Management, Employee retention to control attrition.• End to end recruitment for all levels. • Implementation of HR related Policies for streamlining of processes. • Initiate & coordinate all activities related to annual appraisal which includes assessment of performance of employees at various levels, moderate the appraisal and issuance of Appraisal Letter.
