As a current MS in Computer Science and Engineering student at Santa Clara University, I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to challenging backend engineering projects that can make a positive impact on the world. I have a strong background in C and Java programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles, and I am always keen to learn new technologies and tools.Prior to pursuing my MS degree, I worked as a Third Officer at Fleet Management Limited for seven years, where I was responsible for navigation and cargo operations, passage planning and optimization, and managing onboard IT services and paperwork. I gained valuable experience in maritime security, safety, and regulations, as well as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. I also trained and guided new crew members and ensured compliance with international standards and codes.
