Key Result Areas: * Formulating the network set-up and implementing it based on business requirements * Spearheading IT Application Design & Development, IT Strategic & Operational Planning functions for achieving business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and managing current & future IT systems across the organization * Driving the complete life cycle of development/support projects including analysis of the client requirements, translating new ideas into client’s solutions, requirements development, delivery, support, analysis including documentation * Adhering to the ITIL framework to ensure the client’s business model is taken care of by the organization’s IT policy * Directing technology planning and direction, strategy development, leadership and implementation, business & operational transformation execution, business solution delivery, and business development * Transforming cooperation and communication between departments, from a reactive approach to a proactive one that spanned all teams involved in the full product value chain * Developing a project governance model for IT projects with a focus on providing transparency in project selection, project priority and execution, and management reporting * Managing requirements gathering, collating functional & technical requirements; following up with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure full understanding of needs and concerns Highlights: * Reviewed project schedule and progress ensuring on-time completion* Directed projects worth US$ 1M * Identified potential business development with existing clients and took active / lead role in the proposal process; generated additional business worth US$ 55k * Created Service design for handing the service into Operations by liaising with delivery, Operation teams & customer * Led a disaster recovery project for the client which reduced IT ramp-down from 5 hours to 3 hours
