First, we will get the job description and requirements from our clients as per their requirement. Then we will make FC (First Contact) that is job description of the job where we mention client details, job title, job location, contract duration, job shift timings and then the roles and responsibilities of the job position.➢ After that we will make RTR (Right to Represent) to get the candidate confirmation for that job position.➢ Then I will make string from the job description which client is looking in the candidates depends what type of skills he is looking in the candidates.➢ Then I will put that string on various job portal with the location to get local candidates.➢ After that I will call the candidates and screen their resumes and check their availability for the job and their comfortability with job requirements if they are good match then I will move to next process.➢ Then I will get the candidates details and the RTR confirmation on the call to get their confirmation for the job.➢ Then we will format their resumes as per client format and then we will get 2nd RTR confirmation of formatted resume from candidate.➢ After getting all the confirmations we will submit candidate profile on the client portal for the job position that we discussed with the candidate.➢ And I will keep him updated about the status of his job application time to time.➢ If candidate get shortlisted for interview, then we will fix his interview with the hiring manager with his suitable timings.➢ If he gets job offer then we will do his on boarding by getting his all documents and all the background checks and various tests depends on client requirement.I'm hiring candidates for our client John Deere for mechanical engineer positions.
