Managing a team of 8 to work to perform HR Operations function. Hiring all new employees in oracle (HR), generating their employee ID’s and updating their benefits  preparing various HR related letters (Offer letters, termination letters, Experience letters, salary revision letters etc.) for employee, managing post (on Boarding/Off Boarding) joining formalities Accurately respond to all new, current and terminated employee questions related to benefits, payroll, expenses, time and attendance, benefits enrollment, leaves processing etc. Work with accounting to correct any errors with regards to salary payments, expense reimbursements, per diem, etc.  Update the OHR accurately with all employees’ related changes (benefits, payroll, addresses, salary, etc.)  Manage expense approvals, Vacation approval processing, Timesheet and leave management, Payroll reconciliation etc. Calculation of missing pay issues, Invoice processing. Submitting regular payroll information forms for bonuses as necessary, and bi-weekly checks  Generate missing timesheet report, prior pay period adjustment.  Terminating Employees from the system, Calculate Final pay, terminate there benefit, send cobra package. Invoice generation and processing for various vendors, RRSP & DPSP enrolment and changes to their plans accordingly, creating and sending funding information to vendor, update OHR with benefit changes as per Life Event.  Benefits enrollment based on eligibility and validating the documents.  Worked on Oracle 11i, Work Brain (Timekeeping tool), ADP (US/Canada payroll system)  401K and RRSP & DPSP enrollment and deduction, Canada Payroll processing, Retirement details updating for US and Canada. Leave of absence approval and updating in OHR based on the eligibility of the associate.

 Ensure Quality is at 100% with Zero Infractions. Responsible for ensuring that the full and final pay settlement of the employee is caluclated with due diligence and accuracy. Calculation of missing pay issues, overpayment, escalations, follow up, updates, leaves issues, time and attendance, account clearing and managing, team report, payment keying, issuing and stopping checks,  Partner with HRSD Business Partners and LOB Point of Contacts to work on Overpayments, Late Terms, Late Leaves and unapproved time, DD Rejects, Full and Final pay settlement, Severance Calculation etc.  Ensure On job Training for new hires is planned and monitored on a scheduled manner. Ensure all Feedback are recorded and reported to the management team. Ensure Cases are processed within SLA Review Escalation matrix and Emails provided by AHR and Team Leads on a Regular Basis. People soft 8.9 and 9.1 applications Worked for People soft 8.9 to 9.1 Upgrade, Testing and Production. Calculation of Retro payment and Overpayments, review the Retro Report for any overpayments. Accounts reconciliation.  Overpayment Collection (Debit/Credit Card) Canada Payroll and benefit details, deductions

 Monitor bridges provided for conference for any fraudulent activity. Provide access for joining the bridges. Remove the participant from the conference if fraud detected. Email reports to clients
