Managed Boiler Maintenance for safe and reliable operation of power plant with a thrust for zero forced outages for Boiler-Developed in house flux meter for detection of magnetic material in SS tubes of Boiler for early detection and removal for zero forced outages on account of Boiler Tube Failure (BTL)-Responsible for demand forecasting, inventory management, and procurement of mechanical equipment and maintenance service contract thorough various SAP modules- Managed a team of 2 executives , 4 Diploma Trainees ,10 supervisors and 100 workmen during routine maintenance of Boiler. - Prepared and implemented Local Management Instruction (LMI) for department and trained all stakeholders for safe working of power plant.-Prepared and implemented Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis (HIRA) for department and trained all stakeholders for safe working of power plant.- Restored a waste oil tank of 2000 KL capacity half filled with adulterated oil through root cause analysis thereby saving 4 crores independently for organisation.
