•To assure the quality of goods through First pieces approval, conducting Process audit, Layout Inspection, Product audit.•Controlling on PU Foaming & Foaming fixtures by taking FRD, Dimension reports etc.•Responsibility of process capability study for critical parameter in different process. •Defect analysis for product / process abnormalities. •Resolve & eliminate the critical problem with the help of effective countermeasure or data analysis in shop floor. Analyzing the processes with help of various Quality Tools like 7 QC tools, FMEA, SPC and Control Charts etc.•To prepare the documents (inspection check sheet, process sheet, etc) and records as per the ISO Standard requirements.•To prepare the Daily FTR of CF line. •To conduct calibration of various Testing equipments (HV & IR, HLD, Run test boxes, Vacuum pumps etc) of Cf line & QA lab.•Implementing good manufacturing technique in shop floor (KAIZEN, 5S,) •Customer line rejection analysis with help of Customer Outflow Trouble Check Sheet. •Control in-house rejection. •To control scrap/rework generation. •Responsible for Training provide to operators for understanding of Quality problem.•Handling QA manpower.Participate in QA lab testing of various Products
