Current• Stimulate and grow new revenues products & services and develop new business opportunities for growth.• Excellent business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage Solar business.• P&L management with spearheading all business operation process (product development, EPC & retails channel sales, marketing, purchase, project management & service) • Develop, implement and manage a business and financial plan to provide stable sources of revenue to support short-term and long-term organizational goals.• Develop & implement the strategic communications, policy, finance, marketing and technology agenda.• Establish and leading a high performing professional team to carry out the organizations objectives.• Involvement with technical team for product development i.e. solar panels, inverters, batteries etc.• Business data analysis – region wise and territory wise in terms of detailed customer info, market share, competition positioning, business revenue, sales/expense ratio, receivables etc.• Develop & implement strategic plans to form retail channel sales & service network • Implementing and monitoring performance around KPIs.• Ensure functional Integration of operations with other business Departments.• Day-to Day meetings with design, sales, project, purchase, finance & service teams to review and support for timely deliveries of projects & material in retails network.• Lead technical discussions with Licensors, Vendors and Regulatory Authorities• Branding and reach improvement policies making.• Attending promotional campaigns, product launches, distributor meets to motivate & support channels sales network.• Risk management and analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
