Current#Presently involved in 1.2 MTA PELLET Plant. •Siemens DCS SPPA-T3000 Logic modification. •Siemens Tia portal and PCS7- forcing and troubleshooting.•Responsible in Preventive maintenance, Breakdown and Shutdown maintenance as per chart schedule. •Involved in Different areas of Field Instruments and Control System in Pellet Plant (straight Grade) like Induration Furnace, Balling Building, Mixer, AGB Area, Raw Material Area, MV Drives, LV Drives. •Installation, Calibration & Maintenance in Different areas Different Field Instruments like Temp Gauge, Temp sensor, Temp Transmitter, Temp Indicator, Temp Controller, Pressure Gauge, Pressure Transmitter, Vibration Sensor, Pneumatic Control Valve, I/P Converter, Actuator, PCS, BSS, ZSS, Sol. Valve etc. •Commissioning & Maintenance in Different VVFD like LV Drive (ABB, SIEMENS). •Commissioning & Maintenance in Different Control Panel like MIXER, Lubrication Panel, Hydraulic System, ASH Handling panel, HAG(Hot Air Generator) System, BMS Control Panel ,UPS & Bag Filter. •Maintenance in Different Weighing System like Weigh Feeder (Transweigh & Schenk). •Handling and troubleshooting of all field instruments such as Pressure gauges, Temperature gauges, RTD’s (PT100), Thermocouples, Pressure switches, Frequency drives (ABB), Pressure Transmitters, Flow Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Control valves, I/P converters, Proximity sensors, Vibration sensors, Strain gauge Load cells & Weigh feeders etc. •Responsible for monitoring of all instruments & panels, safe operation of machine instrument. •Responsible for documentation work and updating records.
