Here I have established several types of On-Site Industrial Gas Production Plants including Installation, Erection & Commissioning with the help of Junior Installation & Commissioning Engineers. We covered Pan India & Global locations specially in Middle East, Asia Pacific & Africa Continent to facilitate with our proficient Project Engineering team. I have completely handed over more than 10 projects during my entire tenure with MVS.MAJOR EXECUTED PROJECTSa) Establishment including commissioning & PG Test of 2X600 NM3/Hr On-Site Gaseous Nitrogen Generation Plant at Adani Hazira Port Pvt. Ltd., Hazira using for coal handling proposes.b) Installation, Erection & commissioning of 2X20 NM3/HR On-Site Hydrogen Gas Generation units at Reliance Sasan Power Limited, Sasan, Madhya Pradesh. Here Hydrogen Gas is using as Hydrogen Purging in Electricity Generator under Thermal Power Plant for providing cooling to generator winding.c) Establishment of 7X10 NM3/HR Oxygen Generation Plants in Kenya for medical oxygen support in Kenya Government hospitals network.d) Installation & Commissioning of 10 to 50 Nm3/Hr capacities Nitrogen Gas Generation & Hydrogen Gas Generation couple of plants, which are operational in all PSU’s and Government Organizations like - ISRO, DRDO, BARC, HAL, NTPC, BHEL, VSSC, IIP, IOL etc. Here the Nitrogen & Hydrogen Gas is using for Research & Development and as a fuel.e) Installation, Erection & Commissioning of 6X600 NM3/HR production of Gaseous Nitrogen Plant under Samsung India Limited, Noida Phase-2. Here our Plants Nitrogen Gas is using to provide inert atmosphere during soldering process by Robotic Technology of mass production for Mobile & LED Display PCB Cards.
