Day to day application deployment activities with help of Jenkins.•End to end application monitoring setup with help of AppDynamics or NewRelic.•Weblogic activities in various areas such as weblogic patching, weblogic upgrade, weblogic user management, JVMs configurations, JVMs restart, datasources testing and configurations, etc.•Dealing with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for activities such as deployments, service pack upgrades, executing datastoreGC and offline tar compaction, configuring AEM startup modes and handling application logging levels.•Executing API calls with different methods like GET, PUT, PATCH, DELETE, etc. for troubleshooting.•Executing SQL queries for troubleshooting.•Automation of OS patching activity with help of Jenkins and shell script.•Interacting with customers from all over the globe for status updates, maintenance, troubleshooting, follow ups, etc.•Performing the regular BAU tasks such as troubleshooting, handling alerts, updating tickets, performing RCA, java upgrade, application load/testing, stress testing, application migrations, DB upgrades, capturing and analyzing thread dumps and heap dumps, APM agent upgrades with ansible, java troubleshooting, etc.

- Managing application deployments on all environments, application branching & tagging, buildcreations, issues investigations and coordination with different teams.- Hands-on in application migration from RHEL 5 to RHEL 7.- Hands on in managing Oracle databases.- Automated day to day tasks with help of bash/shell scripting.- Automated application deployment through Ansible as a part of POC.- Investigation application issues with Dev team with the help of thread dumps and heap dumps.- Dealing with application attacks like BOT, DDoS, data scrapping, etc. with Imperva WAF and BOTanalysis.- Daily and weekly client interaction on calls and in status meetings.

- Production application support offshore team lead; supporting team and client in 24*7 environments. - Performing application deployments using web logic console and command line interface with good experience in change management, release management and customer interaction.- Handling severity-1 issues on calls, analysing logs, taking thread dumps, creating tickets & following up for root cause analysis.- Documenting the issues and placing them on centralized storage for future use.- Experience on Linux, web logic administration, SQL, automation with leadership qualities
