Ankit is a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte. He comes from a defence background and is a responsible, punctual, and resilient person. Throughout his life, he has held various positions of responsibility, such as head boy and class representative, and has also captained his college and school football teams at various tournaments. He believes in staying calm even in difficult situations.Ankit has completed PGDM-HRM from MDI Gurgaon, as his interpersonal and people skills have always drawn him toward pursuing a career in Human Resources. During his time at MDI, he actively worked to enhance his domain knowledge by undertaking internships at Shadowfax and PhoeniX Talent Branding. Additionally, he has been adjudged as a national semi-finalist twice in the Flipkart Wired case competition.As part of his MBA, he did his summer internship at ACT Fibernet in Bengaluru. He designed skill maps & repositories and assisted in the implementation of the same in the new LMS. He had to overcome a lot of challenges including language barrier as the internship was in Bangalore and involved a great deal of stakeholder management and communication. Prior to his MBA, he worked with Infosys for 8 months during which he developed his IT skills as well as interpersonal skills. He cherishes exposure and interaction with senior members of the organization as well as international clients. He resolved incidents in real time by collaborating with the support team across various locations. He treasures his time at Infosys and feels grateful for the corporate exposure it provided him.During his leisure time, he indulges in his passion for football and is a dedicated supporter of Real Madrid FC. He also demonstrates his versatility by actively engaging in other sports such as Table tennis, Volleyball, and Badminton. Additionally, he enjoys watching TV series and movies for entertainment purposes. His involvement as one of the founding members of the Real Madrid fan club in Delhi exemplifies his commitment to the sport and his ability to contribute to community-building initiatives.
