Responsible for setting up Amazon delivery stations for grocery and extra large business. The job included taking inputs from cross functional stakeholders (operations, HSE, IT, design), managing and reporting (to leadership) project budget and KPIs and site visits at Sheffield, Milton Keynes and London. The responsibilities were preparing and ordering bill of material, managing suppliers to adhere to on time delivery, assign(through tender/RFQ) and manage third parties for installation .
