Program Branch Infrastructure Refresh (BIR):• $35m program to remediate end-of-life infrastructure across ANZ’s Australian branch network (850 sites) by deploying 3500 new Telling (MyTell) clients, new MyTell servers, WAN optimisation, branch server centralisation and upgrading the document generation platform.

Program Genesys Remediation:• Remediate ANZ’s critical Contact Centre solution (Genesys), which services 1500+ seats and 5m calls per year across Australia, New Zealand, India and Manilla.• Full upgrade of IVR, Outbound Dialler, URS (Universal Routing Server), CIM (Customer Interaction Management), Reporting and CTI / ACD systems, plus underlying hardware (using virtual servers).

• $20m mobile application project. Responsible for $1.3m budget and team of 18 (13 on-shore plus 5 off-shore) comprising of Enterprise Architects, Designers and Build Engineers delivering Network, SQL Database, Storage Area Network (SAN), Virtual Machines (VM), Windows/UNIX server and Mainframe technologies.

Program Foundation:• $350m program to deliver a loans and deposit system (Finacle) and a suite of finance applications (including PeopleSoft General Ledger) to the Retail Banking, Institutional & Commercial, Wealth Management and Enablement segments.

Program Hercules: • $4.3m program to deliver a 580 staff Operations Centre, including a 200 seat Contact Centre, and Data Centre in Vietnam.• Accountable for $1.0m technology stream with over 20 staff to manage IT infrastructure and IP telephony components to enable VOIP, teleconferencing, video conferencing facilities, migration of in-country contact centre platform, NICE call recording and all other telecommunications functions.

Project Vietnam DR:• Establish Disaster Recovery (DR) infrastructure and business processes for Vietnam core banking platform (FINET) and core switch for ATM, EFTPOS, Internet Banking and Phone Banking transactions (Sparrow).• Accountable for $600k technology budget and team of 30 resources (full-time and part-time) spread across India, Vietnam and Australia.

Program Sparrow Upgrade:• Implementation Manager for $3.8m major upgrade to ANZ’s core switch for ATM, EFTPOS, Internet Banking and Phone Banking across six countries.• Delivered to high business satisfaction by ensuring minimal service outages and zero high severity incidents.

Project Merchant Internet Acquiring (MIA):• $2.8m software development and systems integration initiative to integrate ANZ with MasterCard, Visa and Travelex systems to offer online payment/acquiring solution with multi-currency capability for Asia-Pacific merchants.• Accountable for $1.2m technology budget and team of 25 developers, testers, implementation and support resources, comprising of 11 ANZ and 14 vendor staff.

Project OnCue:• $9m Greenfield program for software development (using Agile methodology) and hardware implementation (into 100 branches) of an in-house customer queue management system integrated with ANZ’s frontline telling platform (MyTell) and development of a centralized MIS reporting capability.• Accountable for technology budget of $3.5m and over 30 on-shore and off-shore resources.• Established processes and contracts with vendors (IBM, Data Craft) for ongoing procurement, build, installation and support of the developed solution.Project Branch Platform X (BPX):• Proposal development for a $15m+ program to refresh the technology platform across ANZ’s Australian branch network (850 sites).• Strategy development to rationalize all branch applications and managed services, and development of a roadmap for future technology direction of the branch network.Project Rescue:• Business case development and vendor selection for establishing an enterprise data warehouse and upgrading underlying infrastructure to rebuild legacy data processes and deliver $16m benefits to the Consumer Finance business.

Project Reporting Cubes:• $2.2m initiative to establish a standard reporting platform to provide consolidated three-campus reporting to finance users across multiple countries.• Accountable for a technology budget of $700k and team of 7 full-time resources.

Project Rural and Remote Banking:• Established a technology solution to enable remote authentication to ANZ frontline telling platform, to offer simple financial services in remote regions of Solomon Islands.• Accountable for technology budget of $300k for the completion of Define and ‘Analyse & Design’ phases.
