Junior Executive Product Management
Current1. Responsible for New Packaging Developments/Optimizing of the Existing Packaging from conceptualization to commercial production with respect to Packaging Design, Functionality, Feasibility, appearance and cost-effective production.2. Tracking, Monitoring and evaluating the trials and Records and responsible for trial approval from factory front with Quality.3. Providing technical support for the plants, Co-packers in matters related to quality standards and problems encountered during manufacturing processes.4. Packaging Material testing and analysis.5. Handling Developments for Customers from Foods, personal care, Pharma and FMCG.6. Cost Reduction Program : Develop new alternate packaging material, Revise Pack Size and Structure to reduce the existing Packaging Cost.7. Major Focus on Nestle Development having Agenda of Sustainability, Recyclability, PCR i.e. EPR.8. Encounter On-line issues related to Packaging Material and to take the issues forward to touch the root-cause and avoid the recurrence for the same.9. Artwork Coordination : To assist to check and confirm Text, Technical Parameters (Eye-Mark, Size; unwinding direction of laminate roll)10. Coordinating with Marketing, Customers, Supply-chain team and Multifunctional teams to deliver the key projects on time.
