In four years, I grew the business from 3 to 10 outlets across 4 states, generating over 2.5 crores of annual revenue in 2020, with a high repeat customer rate of 40% and a consistent operational profit margin of 15% to 17%. I also built and implemented a customized real-time inventory management system and a billing portal to reduce expenses and acquire customer data. Additionally, I conceptualized and executed innovative marketing campaigns, such as the Weekend Theme events, that increased customer acquisition and retention.I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Metallurgical Engineering from NIT Raipur, where I graduated with a 9.15/10 grade point average in 2015.
