Current* Go-To-Market Strategy & Opportunity Identification - India Channel Market.- Developing thought leadership in emerging technology areas such as Cloud Services / IOT Services / Security, modern practices (people, process, and technologies), automation.- Understand the buying behaviors of C-level decision makers as well as of enterprises.- Assisting in the development of an In-house, subscription based database to enable its user by giving a detailed and in-depth report to understand a specific company/ group of companies/ sector/ industry across various touch points like their ICT spend, tech stack, leadership, strategy, growth potential, financials, strategic partnerships, channel partner ecosystems, buyer persona, business priorities and digital journey.- Product building, maintenance, life-cycle management and innovations.- Making quarterly reports for competition, financial and technological analysis for Channel Market, pertaining to the leading use cases, adoption trends, architectural considerations, market dynamics and competitive alternatives.* Industry/ Technology Analysis - Custom/ Primary Research- Articulating short but effective questionnaires from both in-house research and project delivery standpoint. Creating working models, visualizations, pitchbooks and playbooks for clients.- Demand side market view analysis of mega trends across technology domains specially focusing on emerging technologies which support customers in timely insights for their GTM, strategy, marketing and sales acceleration.- Deep dive analysis of the Channel Partner Ecosystem in India (System Integrators, ISV, MSP's etc).- Track, identify and create reports and pitchbooks which pertain to metrics like ICT spend, GTM strategy, opportunity assessment and risk management for clients.- Handling the financials of research cost, budgets, pricing, analyst hours and other billables.- Creating event proposals, EDM & other insights based content for the sales & marketing team.
