I am having experience of 7 years.Started from Hero Motocorp as GET in 2015. Went through induction of 3 months in which we spend each month training in 1 departure: Production, Engineering, Supply Chain. After that final posting in After Sales Department and worked as Territory Service Manager in Dehradun - Area Office. KRAs ( Key Result Areas): Workshop Revenue, Vehicle Reporting, Customer Complaints, CEI Score, Organising Mega Service Camp as promotional activities.After that I have joined Maruti Suzuki in 2018 as Territory Service Manager in Chandigarh - Regional office. Looks after (KRAs): Vehicle Reporting, CEI Score, Customer Complaints, Workshop Service Quality, Workshop Revenue. After that from 2020-2022 worked as RTL in same office. Looks after: Solving the technical issues Workshop not able to handle, Critical Product related feedbacks to HO, Vehicle Recalls, Safety Related issues, Doing 3G analysis to identify the root cause of the technical failures. Currently working in Maruti Suzuki Bangalore - Regional office as Territory Service Manager.
