Assist in planning, organizing, scheduling, implementing and monitoring systems projects.* Established end user policies, SOP's for EUC operations. Managing IT assets life cycle including planning and executing equipment refresh with Capacity Planning.* Effective at stake holder and vendor management, performance measurement, contract management, mentoring and delivery as per SLA’s/ PLA’s. * Working with all areas of the organization to develop the annual technology budget and resource planning. Negotiate budget items based on priorities and time and resource constraints to ensure all critical areas of technology are addressed.* Ensuring IT and Security compliance are in accordance with Standard Procedure Instructions (SPIs), policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
