 Doing Recruitment and Selection in the organization. Handling joining and exit formalities. Updating the HRIS Software with employees details Updating Checklist in excel format of all the active employees, ex-employees and new joinees. Making searches on the job portal (Naukri.com) Tasks assigned by Senior Vice President Updating the interview status box files according to their status i.e. On Hold, Rejected, and Selected. Preparing different types of letters (Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Promotion Letter) Doing Background Verification and Reference Check of new joinees. Attendance Check (Monthly) Discarding files of ex-employees. Updating the box files containing documents of ex-employees.
