Training need identifications and gap analysis and designing the training calendar , enrolling candidates and ensuring that the training program are effective through proper feed-back and follow up as per the ISO standards. Preparation of training manual and test paper, developed system to monitor learning of employees. • Compensation Management: Salary revision and Benchmarking. Ensure timely payouts.
