I scaled the Immigrant Justice program by expanding our reach from 8 local domestic violence programs to over 100 programs and immigrant rights organizations through supporting policy changes, expanding access to resources to member programs, and partnering with reputable immigrant rights organizations to deliver up-to-date trainings on service delivery for victims of domestic and sexual violence.

I was the lead program manager for the Crossing Borders project, where I overhauled English-only programming to a create a bilingual program, making services more accessible to Latino migrant farmworker communities, and earning national recognition as a model program. In addition to expanding the impact of our programs, this project led to over $1M in grants for the organization.

I used qualitative and quantitative methods to provide policy and practice solutions on pressing systemic issues affecting domestic violence survivors in WA state.

Selected into a Global Fellowship program for experienced professionals to further develop global leadership, design thinking, shared-value, and social enterprise know-how through highly skilled service projects.
