• To do detailed site inspection of Piping fabrication in accordance with applicable code/specification and drawing• Reviewing P&ID and Isometric Drawings• Test pack Review and Punch Listing• Witnessing & Evaluation of NDT Inspections (PT, MT, RT, UT, VT)• Reinstatement punch closing• Interpretation & Evaluation of Radiographs• Witnessing of Hydrostatic, Pneumatic tests.• Witnessing of Hardness, Holiday and PMI etc.• Turnover Punch Listing• Co-ordination with clients• Checking the fit up of pipes, grooves, and ensures that there is no misalignment.• Ensuring proper Valve, Flange is welded with pipes as per the class given in thedrawing.• Inspect during pre-welding, in process, and post welding and ensure it meets thestandards.• Checking of Pre heat, Inter pass, Post heat and verification of weld parameters &consumables during welding.• Visual inspection of welded joints and ensure it is free of defects.• Verification of Documents before and after welding and other process.• Review, Witness and Qualify welders by Welder Qualification Test.• Ensure safety is followed during work.• Monitoring the follow up for reinstatement.• Monitor Hydro test inspection.• Raise NCR against site deficiencies and Non-Conforming products.• Review of test packages & prepare QC punch list.• Clear the punch related to re-instatement and system punch.• Submit the test package to client for review and get the approval prior to test.• Submitting the final document to client. • Monitor the welding machine calibration date,Quivers,master oven etc.

• Conducting Welder Qualification Test as per Approved WPS.• Weld joint preparation, dimensional and alignment Checking.• Monitoring of welding activities before during and after welding as per approved WPS.• Visual inspection of completed welds as per code requirements.• Monitoring of Preheating, Post heating, PWHT.• Witnessing UT, MPT, LPT and Interpretation of RT films and follow up of weld repair.• Inspection of all aspects of Structural fabrication• Preparation of all QA/QC Documents as per ITP. • Preparing Checklist for dispatch material.• Co-ordinations between contractor and client• Daily process report updating to client.
