Founded ‘Rogue Motorsports’- A Racing Team comprised of 25 members, formed for competing in BAJA and Mega ATV competitions at the national level.

• Designed and fabricated front and rear suspension components and achieved less than 0.3degree camber change throughout wheel travel on Lotus Suspension Analyser.• Managed and resolved disputes in the 5 sub-departments (suspension, powertrain chassis, brakes, and marketing) and synchronised output to meet deadlines using a Gant chart as a project management tool.• Conducted finite element simulations for the wish bones, chassis with the least factor of safety being 1.76 on side impact and developed a DFMEA report for the ATV.• Attained a £4000 sponsorship from EBONITE Decor LLC followed by the development of a marketing strategy for the company.• Planned and performed the manufacturing of the chassis by Tig welding of AISI 4130 chromoly tubes with ER70S-2 filler and pipe profile grinding.• Conducted vehicle testing on ATV, investigating the root cause to solve problems encountered, including re-manufacturing of suspension arms from 1.25” to 1” dia tubes due to clearance problems.

Cranfield Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (CranSEDS) is a student society at Cranfield University to develop numerous aerospace projects. European Rocketry Challenge(EUROC) is a competition hosted by Portugal Space Agency in collaboration with Copenhagen Sub-orbitals and European Space Agency (ESA).The task will entail designing and configuring a 3 km apogee rocket with 2 stages.Our team is the first team to successfully launch and recover a 2 stage rocket at EUROC. The following are the tasks assigned and completed by me:• Designed and developed a 2-stage rocket using Solidworks, evaluated the stability of the rocket using OpenRocket.• Manufactured and conducted flight testing, mechanical testing and flight recovery testing of the 2-stage rocket including propulsion integration within deadline.• Performed risk assessment of 30 different failure modes by considering failure probability, mishap severity and criticality.• Interacted closely with the manufacturing and supply chain vendors and facilitated in fabricating components like centring rings and bulkheads utilising CNC tooling and 3D-Printing.

Daptive Structures was initially a startup registered under Kerala Startup Mission to design a morphing wing technology for aircraft efficiency improvement, after meticulous research and discussions with multiple scholars and scientists from ISRO the decision to design a flexing Air Foil with the best mechanism and perfect composite skin to flex, inspired by the studies by ETH Zurich, Switzerland is decided but the project is refused funds because of the complexity and lack of resources in the country and hence I took the composite skin design for Air Foils for In-ground UAV’S, found a design procedure for designing a composite skin analytically in ANSYS ACP module, completed a journal on the research and published in ELSIVER material proceedings, further moved ahead to present it in ICRADMM International Conference.
