-carried out the final year undergraduate project and a project for Texas Instruments Innovation Challenge 2015.- Worked on Contiki OS, an open source operating system for networked, memory-constrained systems with a particular focus on low-power wireless Internet of Things devices- Simulated wireless networks in the Cooja simulator provided with Contiki for Telos motes and sky motes . - Implemented the 6LoWPAN protocol which forms the adaptation layer ,allows IPv6 packets to be sent to and received from over IEEE 802.15.4 based networks.-Implemented the Constrained Application Protocol (CoAP) as the application layer protocol - Utilized the Copper plugin-in (Cu) in Firefox to monitor the sensor values in real time -Successfully programmed TI's cc2538 SOC using Contiki OS , to realize a wireless sensor network to monitor water quality and consumption based on the Internet of Things(IoT) . - Used BeagleBone Black as a gateway to route data from the border router to the Internet . - Learned different ways to tunnel IPv6 traffic over IPv4 networks .
