• Managing daily task like Stock Take, Audits, GTL/RGTL, Catalogue correction, posting damage/shrinkage in inventory, posting Expired/NTE products in inventory, manpower distribution, issue resolution.
• Monitoring demand and analyzing data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
• Analyzing daily product levels in inventory to anticipate inventory problems and shortages for picking process.
• Communicating with inventory employees to meet daily goals and address personnel issues.
• Managing inventory tracking system to record variance and match WMS vs Physical stock levels.

• Key Responsibilities: Putaway and Picking Incharge for all the sites of reverse logistics warehouse.Putaway and Picking Management:
• Handling Putaway and Picking department operation for all the sites of Warehouse.
• Working in SAP & WMS modules for Putaway and Picking operation.
• Manage & maintain all KRA as per targets set by management & coordinate with stores for their requirements.
• Reduce manhours by implementing D+1(one day advance) planning in picking, packing & Putaway department.
