Key Responsibilities• Interact with other departments for collecting information on content for training modules• Visit stores and interact with various stakeholders to get inputs on content• Designing content structure based on classroom or cluster training• Developing content framework and objectives relevant to the roles and needs identified• Developing high quality training packs ( Classroom aids, Trainer notes, Participant note) based on training needs identified• Developing evaluation tools for all modules• Make changes in modules based on feedback and inputs from trainers and Operations team• Use innovative training methodologies to enhance training delivery and effectiveness• Create OJT methods that are easy to use, effective and can be followed at the work place• Research and refer to various sources to develop content• Co-ordinate with vendors for procurement of training aids and resourcesContent Calendar• Creating content calendar• Adhere to the timelines mentioned in the calendarTrain The Trainer• Ensure TTT for all trainers on new and revamped modules• Serve as an instructional design resource to the T&D Team• Familiarize trainers with the content

• Manage, coordinate and supervise overall training programme implemented in the state.• Creating candidate batches in coordination with partner organizations in line with the batch plan.• Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on activities as per specifications.• Liaise with government authorities / market partners and adhere to the commitments as per the MOU of respective project.• Coordinate / Network with, government, funding agency & partner organizations for smooth functioning and prompt payments.• Coordination and liasioning with assessment agency to ensure smooth conduct of assessments.

• Conducting Train, the Trainer program across India.• Ensure Effectiveness of the Training.• Conducting Quality Audit/Feedback.• Assisting Student to complete their Projects on Various Topics
