•Ensure Policies and endorsements are issued within the TAT•Training the users at the branches on application like E-Motor and Xgen•Follow-up for Held Policies in E-Motor and E-Health•Extracting of Unsettled Receipts report on daily basis and resolve them•Sending Daily total pending documents status to corporate office•Measuring the daily productivity across users and ensuring that the proper load balancing and handling of pending documents is made among users/ branches •Reconciliation’s of any particular agent / dealer on the basis of given business•Ensure all users have their individual I.D for each application•Coordinate with branches for the stationery related to policy issuance and ensure stock is well balanced among them for kind of requirements.•Daily compilation of pending cheque dishonour cases•Providing quotations for Home Policies•Underwriting of Home Policies•Providing motor quotations•Underwriting of Motor Polices •Tracking and providing solutions for unsettled receipts and policies•Managing and supervising the Business support team
