Deputy General Manager-Section Head Site Turn Around
Current-Responsible for overseeing all aspects of site Turn around planning (i.e. Business case proposal, Job list finalisation, Budget estimation, resource requirement, Schedule, Infrastructure requirement etc.)-Monitoring of Turn around readiness index (TRI), identifying lagging indicators and action plan.-Conducts job challenge sessions to ensure that the job scope for turnaround includes only tasks that require a plant outage.-Conducting cold eye review on Turnaround preparedness of site Turn arounds.-Review implementation & compliance on stage-gated turnaround processes for all Turnarounds.-Review procurement of materials and services for planned turnarounds for sites, Actively participate in finalizing the contracting strategy for scheduled mega turnarounds.-Coordinate between other departments to ensure smooth TA process.-Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing innovative initiatives and techniques to enhance productivity, quality, and safety while considering cost and other relevant factors, in contrast to conventional practices currently in use at the site.-Arrange and coordinate Workshops with stakeholders on last Turnaround lessons learned, audits, workshops, and scope/cost-optimization, coordination meetings and stage gate reviews.-Offers discipline-specific leadership, guidance, and directional support to the team members.-In charge of line management, coaching, career development and enhancing organizational capabilities for subordinates.-Allocation of resources as per the business requirement.-Incharge of Reviewing high quality work packages with detailed information to enable safe, efficient planning, assignment and execution of tasks. Identification, review, and escalation of high-risk activities and communicates key issues and risks to TA Manager. -Ensure compliance with work management processes, procedures and workflows.-Member of digitisation of turnaround module development.
