End to end administration of Licensing, Basic and Detailed Engineering Services Contracts for various Projects and various other refinery revamp projects for units within parameters of fixed costs, targeted costs, quality and time.2. Preparation of Commercial Proposals / Tender Risk Analyses for new Tenders in association with Process Technology partners, attending pre-bid meetings and finalization of commercial proposals.3. Generate RFQ. Arrange quotations from catalogued/non-catalogued suppliers quotations, Rate analysis, Quantity calculations, Estimation, Costing & Preparation of complete financial & technical offer for submission to the client. 4. Bid Evaluation, Contracts Administration, Claim Management, Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT), Variation/Change Orders & also contribution towards Planning, Scheduling & Procurement for different packages of various projects. 5. Procure catalysts & chemicals across various RIL Manufacturing sites. 6. Prepare and issue purchase orders in SAP. 7. Process Project deviation notes raised by the Licensors & Vendors by assessing their contractual validity & its impact on the project. Expertise:1. Vast experience in Procurement & Contract Management starting from tender strategies, bidders’ pre-qualifications, techno-commercial evaluations, negotiations & award, change order management, arbitration & claim management and closing out of contracts.2. Multidisciplinary Knowledge: Budgeting & Planning; Negotiations; Legal aspects of contracts, Financial accounting & practices.
