Assisting the Project and Process heads in all way possible.b. Performing HAZOP study of the units (studying & reviewing P&IDs, PFDs, datasheets) and preparing solutions & action items to execute.c. Process control, troubleshooting, optimization, manpower management.d. Procuring materials (using SAP), analyzing & comparing proposals.e. Performing Job Safety Analysis, preparing SOPs and work instructions for the activities in the manufacturing unit and imparting training.f. Key member for ISO implementation & Certification (9001, 14001, 18001 & 22000 standards & also a certified internal auditor.g. Making periodical production & project progress reports, project schedule, budgeting documents & presentations for management.h. Visit to project site for technical & safety discussions and to study the site conditions & work progress for further planning.

Operating a 432KTPA Polyethylene Teraphthalate (PET) manufacturing unit, a leading manufacturer of polymer resin in gulf region based on CTIEI and UOP technology with following major responsibilities:a. Process control & calculations, troubleshooting & optimization for continuous improvement of operations & handling YOKOGAWA DCS.b. Maintaining ISO Documents related to ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 & 22000 standards & also served as a member of Auditee team.c. Performing plant related jobs, maintaining log books, preventive maintenance schedules & manpower management as a Shift Leader.d. Inventory Management, WIP, Materials Management and Procurement using ORION-ERP and SAP system.e. Experience of working in shut-down & start-up of the plant.f. Experience of working in expansion projects where involved in the erection, installation, commissioning & start-up of WHRB, VACs & Cooling Towers and also in its Planning & Material Management.
