Current- Worked in the post-dispatch team at Clickpost, focusing on tracking and managing Non-Delivery Reports (NDR) and Non-Pickup Reports (NPR) for shipments after dispatch, handling an average of 1 million shipments daily.
- Revamped the Non-Delivery Report (NDR) system from scratch, improving the overall delivery rates from 82% to 91% and reducing the Return to Origin (RTO) percentages.
- Developed a configurable NDR Notification Workflow to automate customer communication via WhatsApp, SMS, and IVRS, boosting feedback response rates by 40% from an average of 20K to 28K daily responses.
- Implemented the Click-to-Call feature that automated call initiation and disposition from the UI, enhancing operational efficiency and consolidating call details and disposition records.
- Created a standalone NDR API framework to streamline NDR API integrations, making the process more efficient. Fixed bugs in existing APIs, increasing the NDR API success rate from 75% to 91%.
- Developed an automated reporting system for handling failed NDR API cases, allowing clients to schedule and receive reports at specified times using cron expressions.
