- Maintain the NZW Office 365 environment to ensure BAU can always be maintained.- Maintain hybrid server architecture – Azure, Exchange, Office 365- Ensure all Windows and other system updates are updated/installed on time.- Correctly set up new employees with the required business tools relevant to their role and position.- Respond to all hardware IT ticket requests ensuring they are prioritized and addressed according to “need and urgency”.- Ensure deployment of new or transfer of existing hardware meets NZW Copy standards and protocols.- Maintain Servers and system access rights.- Assist with development project work as and when required.- Maintain SharePoint and access right- Maintain the IT SharePoint Technology Register, ensuring an accurate and up-to-date record of all Hardware assets, including purchase receipt, warranties, make and model #s, and location of devices.- Provide remote IT Service to remote branches – TeamViewer, ConnectWise and VNC- Maintain FortiGate and Access Points - Assist with development project work as and when required.- Maintain Printers and Print Management Service- Configure RDP and VPN Setup for the users
