I provide technical support to the business users in ANZ cluster and business partners; assist and manage small- to medium-sized projects of implementing new hardware; coordinate with global IT team and management to develop best possible solutions for the business; establish strong relationship with business partner to gain efficient support; provide the users in-depth support with Azure AD, Microsoft Intune MDM including applications such as SAP, Salesforce, IRI, Microsoft Teams.Not only do I construct instruction document and conduct training sessions for users, but also assist in facilitating trainings with IT staff and user community as well as in implementing Service Now for ANZ Cluster users. I participate in video conferencing projects such as StarLeaf and Crestron as well as work with infrastructure engineers in providing networking support. I provide assistance to developers in testing and implementing business solutions, including comprehensive support for Apple mobile technology, specifically iPhones and iPads. Conducting remote support, I utilise SCCM, RDP and other technologies, and I guide office and remote users of thermal printers.Aside from managing hardware and software rolled out on SNOW, and managing the implementation, operation and maintenance of Cisco phone devices, I develop business application and investment applications to be present to key stakeholders and directors of the company
