This involves sharing of all relevant information to the Finance Department for the monthly payroll, including new joiners, leavers and contract employees details • Assist Manager and Deputy Manager – HR in complete appraisal process and prepare desired MIS• Roll out the Confirmation letter, Increment letters and Annual Appraisal Letters• Knowledge of Statutory Compliances like Provident Fund, E.S.I.C, Gratuity, EDLI and EGI• Timely remittance and filing management under statutory Activity• Maintaining flawless communication with employees, ensuring timely resolution of employee grievances• Assist Manager- HR in designing the medical insurance policy for maximum benefit to the employees without upsetting the company’s budget.• Recording and maintenance of complete documentation & processing of Monthly registration of employees under Group Mediclaim & Personal Accident Insurance Policies• Work closely with Insurance company and TPA for settlement of Mediclaim Reimbursement Cases of On Roll and VRS employees• Assist Manager – HR in the completion of CSR activity (Corportate Social Responsibility)• To tie up with different hospitals for extensive health check-up of the senior management group • Actively participate in planning and organizing company events like Diwali Celebration, Building Bridges activity with US, UK and Singapore offices.• To give complete support to ex- employees by processing their PF withdrawal forms Show less
