Ankur, along with his team, has listed, studied and rated 1600 e-governance projects of India. After a detailed analysis and several rounds of shortlisting, the team has shortlisted 38 noteworthy projects. The team will Identify 20 projects, which are worthy of being termed as the real 'Gems of Digital India' through an eminent jury choice and a broader online participation of the stakeholders.Ankur writes blogs and case studies for www.maximumgovernance.com and has been writing the book titled 'Gems of Digital India'. For seeking insights he connects to the e-governance project owners and the project management units (PMUs) of the ministries and departments.
