In this role, I have Led and delivered projects across the value chain such as• Successful carve out of one of the Orkla market entities from a Business unit into a separate legal entity. Led the Supply Chain workstream by establishing the Supply Chain, Flow of Goods, Transfer of Inventory, and Third Party Warehousing for the new entity. Defined a brand new WH activity-based pricing model and internal Service level agreements between Orkla group companies. • Successful transfer of Oral care business from one Orkla Portfolio company to a new Portfolio company. The Project comprised of separation & integration activities such as Optimisation of flow of goods, ERP integration of manufacturing sites into the new business unit, Commercial agreements between the business units, Transfer of physical inventory of goods, and Startup of new Distribution hub.• Successful delivery of Annual Sustainability reporting for Orkla Health portfolio of companies. Coordinated the planning and information collection across 6 Business Units and multiple markets to ensure all Sustainability operations, metrics, and initiatives are reported as part of the Orkla group of companies' annual Sustainability report. • Successful Warehouse move from 1 location to another and reducing the Storage cost for one of the Orkla Portfolio companies.
