• Strategically led the Real Estate finance team which helped in underwriting and monitoring commercial and residential real estate loans for global banks• Worked with the technology team and helped in conceptualizing the real estate monitoring platform • Developed the CRE Segmentation Tool which helps banks in segmenting their entire CRE loan book into various risk buckets – essentially enabling them to quickly identify borrowers which require the most attention

• Responsible for managing and growing the dealflow from Central US region • Established a team to work on real estate valuations, purchase price allocations and fair value reviews • Trained the team on various aspects of real estate valuation - using market, cost and income approaches and tools including CoStar, RCA, REIS and Argus.
