● Member of the EMEA FCC Surveillance team performing on-going name screening as part of the secondline of defense (2LOD).● Was performing screening primarily of UK booked clients along with clients booked at multiple locationswhich are booked in the UK as well.● Screening included performing investigations on positive hits on the client organization and its directors,shareholders, UBOs & company influencers against World-Check.● Screening was focused on:○ Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Countering Financing of Terrorism (CFT), Bribery and Corruption andother financial crimes.○ Regulatory actions by agencies like SEC, FIRNA, FCA, FINMA, etc.○ Nexus with Politically Exposed Persons (PEP).○ Sanctions Compliance.○ Reputational Risk.○ Sustainability Concerns.○ Internal Blacklists.○ Any other material adverse news.● Screening involved open source research, identifying the potential risks and their investigation.● Investigation included risk mitigation, investigation summary, documentation of supporting evidence, raisingRFIs and if needed escalations to the specialized L3 desks (FCC, Sanctions, PEP, Reputational,Sustainability, etc.) of the region else closing the hits based on the previous clearances received from theL3 desks in case of no material updates.● Investigation process involved using platforms: Fenergo, Word-Check, SharePoint and MS Office 365.● Familiar with transaction monitoring basics, risks involved and risk mitigation process.● Role included preparation of daily MIS reports after extracting raw data from the source systems to reportthe hits closed and the current status of the pending hits with their ageing.● Was a member of the Global Training Working Group for the vertical. Acting as a SPOC for all theinternal/external training needs of the team. Was responsible for recording and updating the trainingmetrics of the team.● Was part of Credit Suisse's LGBTQ+ Allies Network which promotes strong diversity and inclusion.

● Process was for Regulatory DataCorp (RDC), a US based player in the AML ecosystem which had majorglobal financial institutions as its end clients.● Primary sub-process involved profile based risk analysis and risk mitigation of individuals, organizations andother entities using internal database and internet research.● Was cross trained in two other sub-processes, which involved capturing relevant information to be includedin an internal secondary database from media partners and optimizing parameters/fields of the saiddatabase.
