His experience includes Critical Path Analysis, CPM schedule delay analysis, evaluation of time extension requests, calculation of impact costs/ liquidated damages, loss of labor productivity, project cost analysis, preparation of comprehensive delay analysis and schedule reports, evaluation of change order estimates, risk analysis, schedule recovery/acceleration and earned value management.Ankur has a wealth of experience working with public agencies, owners, construction managers and contractors. He has provided his services on multiple construction and infrastructure projects that include bridges, tunnels, airports, bus terminals, subway stations, industrial/commercial buildings and storm rehabilitation projects. Ankur has a unique mix of delay analysis and project controls experience that helps him provide indispensable expertise to the clients. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ankur was a Director with PMA Consultants and a CPM Scheduling/Project Controls expert in their New York office.Ankur holds his Master of Business Administration from The College of William and Mary in Virginia and his Bachelor of Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a certified Risk Management Professional (RMP) and a Certified Construction Auditor (CCA). Ankur is also certified as a Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) by AACE International.
