• Performing market research and identified key markets for corporate trainings.• Complete Know-How of all the Technical and High end Niche technology trainings.• Major Contribution in adding new clients and achieving Targets.• Selling Corporate IT Training Solutions to the TOP 15 IT Companies.• Developing and implementing Strategy for Corporate trainings.• Conducting Induction program for new people joining the organisation.• Hunting new Accounts and generating new business for the organisation.• Research and build relationships with new clients and Maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients• Account Management, Client Interactions, making Media plans/presentations, • Task allocation & management.• Creating monthly, quarterly Targets and service plan on the assigned accounts.

Role• Manager Operations - HRO business of collections tele-calling business of GE Money and SBI Cards.• Lead a team of more than 180 FTE's, primarily based out of Gurgaon.Key Deliverables• Performance Management - To achieve collections roll rates and call quality standards as per client SLA's• Workforce management - daily capacity utilization, shrinkage management, attrition control, recruitment.• Hiring and Training and Development of team members.• Responsibility of creating KPI scorecards, their evaluation, and performance appraisals. • Managing client relationships and achieving profitable business growth by leading the business development efforts.Achievement• Successfully led the team for transitioning the process from SERCO Inhouse to GE within 6 months. • Received the 'Best Team Manager' award for the year 2011.• Rated 'A' for the year 2010-2012.
