And skills are as per below.... • Managing & maintaining pool of 102 members operation team, track their activity & assign job.• Be responsible for hiring, training, and development of shift engineers and maintenance staff.• Prepare the daily report and share to client on daily basis.• Property & Asset management.• Tracking log books, checklists & PPM schedule for a better management of engineering system.• Assist the Head of Facilities to monitor service standards in Front of House and Back of House.• Recommend to the Head of Facilities improvements that could be made to the HK cleaning,• Façade Cleaning and Horticulture and Pest Control.• Liaise with building contractors to follow through on approved work.• Assist in the compliance of existing Health and Safety policy, safe working practices and liaising• Work towards the 99.99% uptime and responsible for weekly, monthly reports covering the consumption, incident report improvement with customer and vendors.• Looking into timely renewal of all the AMC of all equipment with SLA management and keeping performance indicator.• Ensuring timely renewal of the agreement, submission of invoice and follow-ups for the payments.
