As a part of the corporate practice group at the firm, I have developed a diverse practice portfolio in line with the changing legal/regulatory landscape and deal activity in India. My focus areas are public and private M&A, private equity, insolvency and debt transactions (focussed on distressed assets). I hold significant experience in strategic M&A and joint ventures for European and US clients and have acted for investors and target companies in private equity transactions and complex insolvencies under IBC.I have advised on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including minority stake purchases, control deals, hybrid buy-outs involving debt and equity restructuring and exits involving multiple co-investors in telecom, manufacturing, infrastructure, financial services, and e-commerce.
